This program is a mindfulness-based educational group. It is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment.
I am a registered psychotherapist, mindfulness facilitator, and multi-faith spiritual care practitioner. My psychotherapy work is grounded in an integrative, evidence-based approach that supports emotional wellbeing, healing, and personal growth.
Separately, my mindfulness teaching draws on contemplative wisdom shaped by 15 years as a former Buddhist monk, offered in a way that is open and welcoming to all backgrounds.
