I am a mindfulness facilitator, registered psychotherapist, and multi-faith spiritual care practitioner. I offer a compassionate and grounded approach to emotional wellbeing and personal growth. My work is shaped by both clinical training and contemplative wisdom. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, as well as a Master’s degree in Buddhism, and I bring these together in a thoughtful, practical, and accessible way.
With over five years of experience as a psychotherapist and more than 15 years as a former Buddhist monk, I have developed a deep understanding of human suffering, healing, and meaning-making. My mindfulness teaching is informed by compassion and insight practices rooted in Buddhist traditions, offered in a gentle, practical, and non-religious manner.
In my psychotherapy work, I take an integrative approach, drawing on evidence-based modalities to meet each person where they are. This includes mindfulness-informed therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside other therapeutic perspectives as appropriate. Psychotherapy sessions are distinct from my mindfulness programs and are focused on supporting mental health, emotional processing, and personal growth within a professional clinical framework.
I aim to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where individuals can explore stress, strong emotions, and life challenges with clarity and care. When helpful and welcomed, spiritual or religious beliefs can also be thoughtfully explored as part of the therapy process, always guided by the client’s values and needs.
Through a calm and integrative presence, I support people from diverse backgrounds in developing resilience, self-understanding, and a deeper connection with themselves—whether through psychotherapy, mindfulness teaching, or spiritual care.
